Keithy has left, had a really cool 5 days. Looking forward to catching up with him in a couple of weeks time again in the ‘Burgh. Will be good. Teuchters here we come.
Went to Mamma’s in Morzine for dinner. No chips though So ended up with the Pad Thai. Keithy said the burger was very good. Going for fish and chips tomorrow instead.
Was up nice and early this morning, heading up the Prodain telecabine to get a bit of skiing in. First time since Katrina and Mikey were out. I was amazed at the conditions of the pistes! Had an awesome lunch and great company. First time skiing with Camille as well. Was really good.
The cyclone that is about to hit QLD borders looks horrendous. They aren’t having a good time of it on the east coast of Australia. What is up with the weather? Hopefully, it’s not as bad as it looks. The weather people have been wrong before. Fingers crossed (and toes) for all of those that it effects.
Arrived in Zurich just before 10. Decided I would have a non-sans gluten day, boy am I paying for it now. Subway for lunch, Club sandwich and 2 beers for dinner. Got my self-assessment done and some work, then slept most of the afternoon.
Aoife is well annoyed with him now and will growl at him if he comes within a 1 metre of her. She’s not scared of him as she will also walk straight passed him and growl. Not sure what is going on there as normally they are the best of friends.
Back to Geneve on Wednesday. Final Bar Nash Pub Quiz on Thursday (for the inter-season anyway), Camilles birthday bash after pub quiz, Katrina and Karen arrive Saturday (hopefully no delays). Then mayhem will set in I predict.
The best gluten free pizza I managed to get was at The Good Life Pizzas (I think that is what they are called) on Hutt Street a couple of doors down from the General Havelock. Not really good but definitely better than anything else I have had. The GF pizza from Pizza Capers was to be honest, horrid.
That’s me all booked up for Adelaide again. Start of November for 2.5 weeks. Still have that long wait in Singapore unfortunately. Hopefully they will be able to get me into the hotel. I so hope so, will be a very unhappy Miffy if I don’t. 19 hour in the airport without a bed after flying all day will be torture!
Well updates are going to be pretty rubbish. The flight tracker is still saying 121ft above the ground and over China. We are also heading north but the aircraft is actually pointing south-east. As long as it’s not correct, I think we have a 6 hours to go. Hope so.
Well, that’s me on my way to Singapore. 6 hours and 55 minutes. Flight conditions enroute are good apparently. Always like to hear that. Time to watch some rubbish TV I think and then the movie “Cats and Dogs”.

I have piles of clothes that need washing and with this absolutely rubbish weather it’s just not happening. Actually to tell you the truth, even without this awful weather it wouldn’t be happening!
