TV: Vanderpump Rules
/As you may have worked out I like to watch a little bit of TV (admittedly more often than not rubbish TV). Whether it be ‘real’ TV, Netflix, Stan (which I can only get when in Australia), catch up TV or from some other source; I don’t really care as long as it’s good TV. Now everyone’s definition of ‘good’ is different and most would say my definition is pretty poor. My weakness is reality TV, legal or doctors.
Thankfully in Zurich we get most of the UK TV channels (thank you Swisscom) which is really lucky as it means I get iTvBe. Of the 300 plus channels we do get it’s probably true to say I actually only watch the UK ones and even then it’s probably only a handful.
Recently I stumbled across Vanderpump Rules on iTvBe and being a Bravo production I was sure I was going to like it but I didn’t realise quite how much. It’s sort of become an evil addiction. It’s interesting to see where the ‘stars’ started in season 1 to where they are now (season 7 I think). Of course after 7 seasons it seems a lot more produced than it once did but it’s definitely worth a watch if you want some brain numbing TV late on a Thursday night. We really can make TV about anything these days. Saying that it’s interesting to watch these SUR servers live their lives in West Hollywood.
