Read MoreFirst up we head down through the trees to the bottom of the Pleney, then up in the chair lift, rather than bubble as the bubble had a massive queue. Then got on the other chairlift to the top of the Pleney. From there we headed to up another chairlift and down towards Les Gets.
Read MoreHad a fantastic day skiing with Keithy and Davey but absolutely shattered now. Slopes were in amazing condition especially after the recent snow falls in the area. An early night and an early start tomorrow, I think.

Read MoreChristmas was good. Brent, Deb, Todd, Alex, Sam, Emma, Jason, Katrina and Fiona were all here. We spent the morning skiing and the evening eating, was in bed by 22h00. Was exceptionally tired. I think they all had a good time.
Read MoreIt’s a cold Sunday in Seytroux. The fires lit, Greg’s out visiting hopefully another ChaletBook chalet, Aoife is a sleep and Ruperts inside. Not as cold as it has been though. We had snow about 2 weeks ago and more forecast this week. It’s on everyones mind if it will be a good or bad season.

Read MoreWith temperatures forecast to plummet well into the negatives by the end of the week and the valley expected to be covered in duvet of snow, I am wondering if the woodman will ever come. It’s Tuesday morning and I am cold. The electrics are all on but only just keeping the house warm, we really do need to burn wood to keep this place warm.

Can cope with that. -18C (temperature not wind chill) is quite cold though. It must be a mistake, right? It’s a mistake. It said the same thing yesterday as well.
Read MoreBeen to Dr Masson in Montriond and he gave me lots of drugs. The French seem to like drugs. Apparently the doctors make money from them but that may just be rumour. Think they are just masking the pain though rather than fixing the problem. Got to get it better before everyone is here for skiing/blading. Not long now *yay*.
Read MoreWent to Champion and there were barely a few flakes falling from the sky. However, on the way home, it decided to bucket down. I chugged my way through St Jean d’Aulps, up passed St Martin, then through Seytroux to the bridge.
Read MoreIt has been the most amazing 7 weeks. We have seen some really really kewl and amazing stuff! From the Swiss Alps to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland to the casino in Monte Carlo. It has just been outta this world!! Still don't like flying though :-)
